We at PHF have provided many individuals with Hardwood Flooring for their home and office, as well many contractors. We realize that making a large purchase online can be a concern to our customers, that is why we offer two things no other flooring company can, rather it be the big box stores or your local flooring retailer. First we send samples to your home or office at $ZERO dollars to you. NO CHARGE of any kind and that includes freight!!! Second if the flooring is not what you expected then you can tell the frieght company right there at the dock to return to sender, and we will refund your payment in full. Once the flooring leaves the freight dock the normal shipping conditions apply. PLease call with any questions. Customer referalls are available upon request. Payment options are: Credit?Debit cards, Paypal or personal check. If you would like to pay with check your flooring will ship after the check has cleared. If you would like to hold inventory then 25% of the purchase price is required to hold inventory.
